While our enrollment remains steady, and while our analysis indicates this steady enrollment will continue, without the bump that drove record enrollment numbers this step was necessary. Unfortunately, as 2021 progressed into 2022, our enrollment numbers normalized to pre-pandemic levels. To thoughtfully and effectively meet the needs of these additional students, we added additional team members. We experienced a COVID-enrollment bump in early- to mid-2020 behind the strength of our Live Online program offerings. Regarding the reduction in our workforce, here are a few details that we think are important to share.
